To our Valued Customers and Partners,

The events of the past weeks have created unprecedented challenges and concerns across the United States and many of the countries, and projects we work with. We recognize the impact of these events and assure you that our primary objectives remain the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.

From the beginning of the crisis, we have sought sources for accurate and up-to-date information and, when necessary, implemented our preparedness plan to reflect those inputs. As this challenge evolves, and it will continue to do so, we will continue to implement changes to our plans as necessary with the same objectives in mind – the safety and security of our customers, employees and partners.
We continue to operate our facilities and provide our services in the normal course because we recognize the importance of our operations to your continued success. However, with safety and security in mind, we have implemented certain changes for the benefit of our customers, employees and partners.
  • We have enhanced the cleaning procedures at each of our facilities. We are utilizing ozone 2ppm to shock any bacteria or virus in our facilities, and vehicles. We continue to restock cleansing wipes and hand sanitizer for use by all employees and visitors to our locations.
  • Our customer service staff has prepared a contingency operations that will allow for a lockdown of our facilities with our staff sheltered in place to enable continued support for your operations. We expect we will implement these plans as a result of orders from government agencies or the onset of local infection among our customers or our local workforce. In the event of a lockdown, we can only permit our staff to access a facility, including any office space adjacent to our data center operations. Being very honest, we’d prefer these plans to remain a contingency, but we stand prepared to ensure the continuity of our operations.
  • In an effort to reduce the likelihood of exposure, we have restricted non-essential travel for our employees.
  • In response to the actions taken by several state and local governments to close schools, daycare centers and limit large public gatherings. Some of our staff has the option of teleworking to ensure that they have peace of mind. Further, we continue to remind them to avoid non-essential, non-work travel where possible, including the avoidance of large public gatherings.

In addition to the measures that we have implemented, you can help us in our efforts to support your operations and reduce the risk of exposure at our facilities. With that in mind, please encourage your staff to refrain from visiting your, or our facilities if they would answer any of the following in the affirmative:

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Are you currently experiencing a fever, body aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms?
  • Have you been in direct contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19?
  •  Have you traveled to any international location currently listed in a CDC travel advisory such as China, South Korea, Iran, and Europe?
If answering affirmatively to any of the questions above limits your ability to visit our facilities, please contact our team for help. We have employees standing by, including our “Remote Hands” to perform any physical task you may need to accomplish.

We recognize the trust that you have placed in us to support your ongoing operations and we remain deeply committed to earning that trust daily, particularly in difficult times.

Sincerely,

Todd J. Cleppe
